Waterski Championships

The 47th Annual Wisconsin State/Regional Water Ski Show Championships will be held July 18th-21st on Lake Wazeecha, South Wood County Park in Wisconsin Rapids. The event is hosted by the Wisconsin Rapids Aqua Skiers.

This championship competition is the largest ski show tournament in the world, with 28 teams being judged. Performances begin at 6:40AM each day continue to about 6PM, with each performance lasting about 1 hour. Wisconsin State Water Ski Show Championships

Be at South Wood County Park in Wisconsin Rapids July 21st to 24th and bring the family for this FREE event. The 45th Annual Wisconsin State Water Ski Show Championships bring water ski teams and individuals from across the state to show off their acrobatic abilities on Lake Wazeecha as they vie for the right to go to Nationals in August.

Parking in the park is $2, or free if you park on the street. Food and beverages will be available.

On Griffith Avenue in Port Edwards you will find Nepco Lake County Park, 125 acres with picnic area, beach, nature trails (to hike or cross country ski), playground and boat ramp on beautiful Nepco Lake. Bring you boat and you can waterski or fish the day away.
