Daffodil Days

While the weather may not be bright and cheery, you can spread some sunshine of your own during Daffodil Days in Wood County.

From January 14th until until February 11th you can place orders for daffodils to benefit the American Cancer Society. For just a $10 donation you will receive a bunch of 10 daffodils. And for a $25 donation to the Gift of Hope program, the American Cancer Society will anonymously deliver beautiful bouquets arranged in vases to area cancer patients. Also available this year is "Liv N. Hope", a special Boyds Bear designed exclusively for the American Cancer Society's Daffodil Days. A donation of $25 you can order "Bear and a Bunch" as a Bear Hug for Hope to children going through cancer treatment.

You can order your daffodils at http://main.acsevents.org/goto/wirapids or by calling Jean Kluender at 715-887-3528. Pick up for orders will be Tuesday March 8th at the Riverview Hospital Lobby.
